Did you know that you could make your own, natural, nourishing shampoo? Well, I did not. But I know do and have been using it for years!

Here is what you need:

· 500 ml empty jar (with a lid)

· Rye flour

· Mustard powder

Instructions:

· Fill the jar with 1 tbsp of powdered mustard – for dry hair or 2 tbsp of it for oily hair.

· Then fill the remaining space in the jar with rye flower to the point that you only have 2 cm left to the top. And shake it well.

To use the shampoo – take 1-2 tbsp of the mix (the amount depends on your hair length), put it in a bowl and gradually add enough lukewarm water to make it the consistency of pancake batter.

Apply on wet hair and massage in. Rinse well with warm water.

Don’t worry if you have some pieces of rye germ in your hair. Once your hair is dry – using your fingers, simply shake it above the bathtub.

It can be used as often as you wish.

For added shine after washing your hair rinse it with very cold water.
